We are quite excited today to bring before you another relatively new true crime medium, “Crime Cave Podcast” and your host Kristi A.

Since the mid-90s, Kristi A.’s fascination with true crime has been piqued, sparked by marathons of “Snapped”. She is deeply committed to paying homage to each victim and creating content that their loved ones will find solace in. Despite being a full-time voice actor, this project holds a special place in my heart, and I aim to continue expanding my audience through it.
Show Details
Crime Cave Podcast is a one-woman show producing short but intense episodes focusing on the victim’s interests. In addition to the story of the episode, she also features one Listener’s Question at the end of each show.
The show is episodic with a new and different story covered in every episode (possibly two) and each of their shows lasts less than twenty (20) minutes. That is an excellent period for a short commute or while you are waiting to pick the kids up from school 😊
They handle both open and solved homicide and missing persons cases but predominantly feature solved homicides, so you’ll have your answers before the episode is through. The show features primarily American cases, but they have already delved into one case from Melbourne, Australia and may feature more international cases as time passes. If you prefer more modern cases, this is right up your alley as the show typically centers around crime from the past 50–60 years.

New episodes are released on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, ensuring a regular influx of compelling content.

Their most recent episode (#20) aired in December 2023 and delved into the chilling homicide of Phoebe Handsjuk.
